Check coverage from the home
CTC's online sales instructions use WhatsApp 2604594596 and ask for your current location from the installation address. If you are elsewhere, have its coordinates ready. Confirm the exact apartment and installation appointment.1
Fiber and wireless need different equipment
CTC says fiber installation includes an FTTH modem without charge. Wireless service requires a separate Ethernet router, bought independently or through the provider if available. Its dedicated business services advertise contractual CIR and SLA; those terms do not establish a residential service guarantee.1
