UPC's plan cards advertise automatic-debit promotions and three installation payments of ARS 13,000. Its FAQ says quotations vary by area and promotion. Ask whether a tenant can open or change the account using the documents you have.⁷

What the owner should provide

The Avenida 2 al 3700 rental says building charges are included. The 83 al 200 rental lists a separate 100,000 charge without a period. Neither establishes every utility or any extraordinary building charge. Ask for complete recent bills and the lease wording.^4,5

Water-account procedures and a complete current household tariff could not be verified from the municipal service requests. Ask the owner and municipality for the actual account, current charges and responsible office. Those missing amounts remain unpriced.⁶
