Questions people ask
Is the cabin's entry sum the full cost of moving?
No. It covers the three stated lease-entry components for that property. Travel, temporary lodging, optional furniture, Starlink and other agreed charges remain separate.
Are administrative fees a second deposit?
The advertisement lists the deposit separately from combined administrative and professional fees. Ask the agent to explain the purpose, invoice and refund terms of each payment.
Is fiber installation free?
Cotesma advertises waived installation. Confirm the offer for the exact address, equipment and chosen plan before relying on it.
Will I need an electricity guarantee deposit?
EPEN says the owner must sign as service guarantor for a rented home, or a guarantee deposit must be paid. Ask the local office how this applies to your lease and what it costs.
How much do the other homes cost to enter?
The complete entry payment is unknown. Request the billing period, deposit, fees, guarantees, adjustments and other charges for the specific property.
